ChallengeHer is a leadership program for young women in grades 7 through 12. Sessions include presentations and interactive activities about leadership, character development, professions, and home management.
Equips young women with the confidence and skills needed to give direction to their lives, helps them to discover a sense of purpose and develop their abilities to achieve their goals, instills in them the value of aspiring to their personal best with energy, encourages them to make positive contributions to resolving life's challenges, and provides individual mentoring for holistic growth.
Program Structure: Monthly sessions follow a tailored curriculum and are comprised of:

PROGRAM UNIT I:
Helps young women acquire beneficial skill sets, prepare for high school, get to know themselves, and discover their strengths.
PROGRAM UNIT II:
Helps young women develop a sense of purpose while preparing for college, exploring careers, improve interview skills, and think deeply about world issues.
